These Terms and Conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both Salubeg Tours and its clients. By booking with us, you agree to abide by these Terms.

Prices are subject to change due to factors like currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or taxes. Confirmed bookings will not be affected unless changes arise from unforeseeable events, which will be communicated promptly.

5.1 Passports and Visas Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas. Salubeg Tours bears no responsibility for related issues. 5.2 Health and Vaccinations Clients should consult a healthcare provider at least 8 weeks before travel to ensure compliance with vaccination and health requirements.
6.1 Limitation of Liability We are not liable for issues caused by third-party suppliers, natural disasters, political instability or non-compliance with laws. 6.2 Assumption of Risk Clients acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks and accept responsibility for their participation.
Salubeg Tours may adjust itineraries or services due to operational reasons. Comparable alternatives will be offered and communicated.
Clients must act respectfully and follow local laws. We reserve the right to remove any client for disruptive or unsafe behaviour without refund.
Complaints should be reported during the tour or submitted in writing to info@salubegtours.com within 14 days post-tour. A response will be provided within 28 days.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved in Ugandan courts.
